If you need to have a Drug and Alcohol evaluation completed for court or a probation office, you have come to the right place. Our counselors, facility and experience have made us one of the top locations in the state for DUI and other offenders to complete their drug and alcohol evaluation here with us.

Georgia law now requires anyone that has been charged with a DUI to complete a Drug and Alcohol evaluation with a state-approved DHR counselor. Each evaluation typically will last around an hour and we charge the LEAST amount allowed by Georgia law which is $95.

This new law also applies to many other alcohol and drug related offenses and all multiple DUI offenders as well.

For your convenience, we offer State approved evaluations Monday - Friday by appointment only. Many of our appointment times are online but if you do not see an appointment available, call our office because many times we will be able to get you in. 

Our school has some of the best and most professional counselors in the area and all are DHR certified and licensed by the state of Georgia. If you would like to schedule your evaluation, please call our office and we will be happy to set up an appointment for you.

Also, please be aware that a new Georgia law requires students to FIRST complete the 20 hour DUI school if they have been charged with a DUI after 7/1/2008 before signing up for a Drug and Alcohol evaluation. We require the needs assessment results and a copy of the certificate of completion to be faxed to our office to help expedite the process.

Please be aware, for some multiple offender cases, out-of-state offenders and those needing expediated reports, there will be an additional charge that must be paid before the evaluation begins.

***Also, please bring all of your paperwork from your incident with you to the evaluation. This will help speed up the completion of your results.****
