Step 2: Complete the necessary number of treatment sessions to receive your completion paperwork. Please remember to arrive 30 minutes early to your first treatment session.

| Alcohol and Drug Evaluations - Non-DUI |

If you or someone you know has received a Reckless Driving ticket, Possession of Drugs or a Minor in Possession of alcohol (MIP), the State requires as part of your ticket to complete a state approved alcohol and drug evaluation. Upon completion and receipt of all necessary paperwork, the results will be completed by the DHR with whom you met and forwarded to the appropriate person that you have indicated needs the information. Alcohol and drug evaluations will usually take between 30 minutes to 1 hour and you will be asked to fill out some basic forms and paperwork along with a short questionaire and then a short in-person discussion with one of our counselors. Please remember to bring any paperwork you have, including probation information, certificates of completion from DUI school, assessment score results and any tickets or court papers you were given. Below please find the days and times our counselors are available for appointments. If you would like to set up an appointment during any of these times, please give our office a call at 678-578-7117 and someone will be happy to schedule your appointment. Please be aware that our counselors are very busy and we do fill up so be sure to call ahead. * Please allow between 30 minutes to 1 hour for your appointment *
